Throughout my career, I’ve supported platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Polycom, Cisco, Lifesize, and Starleaf—delivering seamless AV experiences for corporate, residential, and event-based environments. At Smartcomm UK, I provided technical support for Corporates and High-end residential AV/UC systems, while at SCC and Audeo Systems, I led VC deployments and remote diagnostics for clients such as Deloitte and JLT.

My strengths lie in translating complex technical requirements into practical solutions, creating clear documentation, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth project delivery. I’m fluent in English and a native French speaker, which has helped me support diverse client bases across Europe.
