Senior Manager- Business Readiness Change Governance- 2019 – 2022 Manage a team of change experts responsible for the business readiness, implementation and controls for Lloyds, HBoS and MBNA changes, impacting Customers in financial difficulties. Key Achievements

• Designed and implemented a new change governance framework and supporting controls to ensure the safe landing of change, resulting in the elimination of all events and rectifications from change delivered within Credit Operations.
• Doubling the volume of change being implemented into credit operations by introducing a prioritisation framework of all change and ensuring the most important and the most urgent are given the correct level of focus and attention in addition to removing blockers and unnecessary governance.
• Built the Operation Risk Appetite Metrics (ORAMS) to control, manager and monitor the volume, complexity and colleague sentiment to ensure the change is embedded as expected.
• The creation of executive reporting on a single holistic view of change landing within Collections & Recoveries which was shared across the group.
• Carefully managed and coordinated 56 urgent COVID-19 customer treatment strategies, to support customers in financial difficulties. Successfully introduced into a challenging environment with significant reputational risk and time constraints (4 weeks)
• Integration of MBNA Operations, processes & policies to align with the Lloyds & HBoS operating model. Whilst introducing of cross training of colleagues to create a better customer experience.
