I work as a Talent Partner, specialising in talent acquisition for international consulting and technology projects. My role involves identifying, engaging, and securing high-calibre professionals across a range of markets, primarily in the UK and USA. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and strategic sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
I’m also experienced in building long-term talent pipelines, leveraging data-driven insights, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals to support sustainable growth.
I have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, particularly in the consulting and tech sectors. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management, working closely with hiring teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. In addition to recruitment, I’ve contributed to business development and workforce planning, bringing a proactive and data-informed approach to talent strategy.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and an MBA, which together have provided me with a strong foundation in both people management and business strategy. This combination of qualifications has deepened my understanding of organisational dynamics, talent development, and strategic decision-making—skills that are essential to my work in talent acquisition and aligning hiring strategies with broader business goals.
