My background in science, holding a Master’s in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s in Physics Engineering, has equipped me with a meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical skills—both of which I’ve carried into my HR practice. I’m now looking to bring my skills and passion to an HR Assistant role, where I can contribute to a supportive, efficient, and people-first HR team.

I have several years of experience in HR-related roles, including recruitment, training, employee record management, and performance reviews. In my previous positions as a Director and HR Manager, I introduced structured HR processes, improved staff development, and implemented systems that enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. My background also includes technical support work in education, where I developed strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
