• Selected by the Project Director to participate in the feasibility study of Godkhali Flower Market & Collection Center based on Netherlands’ Flower Market technology with flower cultivation society and flower market committee and carried out structural and cost efficiency assessment

Project: Analyzing interventions on Contract Management Manual for LGED; Validating UNOPS’s recommended strategies

• Developed a manual to improve upon LGED’s contract administration to ensure firmness and avoid the transfer of price fluctuation risk and major unforeseen circumstances to contractors

• Developed and implemented a risk identification system based on international best practices

• Developed and strengthened internal controls, performance assessments and internal audit system to focus on anti-fraud activities detection and prevention 

• Developed a financial system to track disbursements and monthly financial progress of projects

Jan 2018 – June 2018 Facilitator: Launching Ceremony of E-Module on Code of Ethics, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)

• Organized a launching ceremony of E-Module for higher officials VIP guests of UNOPS and USAID with UNOPS-LGED team

• Provided all support assigned to the students of 40 batch (among 109 students)
