Recently I worked for Dwp through an agency called Teleperformance were I would be talking to claimants regarding their universal credit payments and anything they needed help with their account and also answering any question or enquiries they had regarding their account

I worked for department of work and pensions were I was a customer service advisor helping claimants access their account helping them with any questions and enquiries which they had regarding their account.
