I am a highly organised, motivated and dedicated individual with experience in HR (CIPD qualified), secretarial, administration roles as well as working within a school. My core strengths are being organised, having excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible, prioritise and adapt to changing situations. I have excellent Interpersonal and communication skills as well as empathy and patience when dealing with people.
I have the necessary skills to develop, maintain and review information making decisions based on facts. My experience means that I have excellent time-management, prioritise tasks effectively with discipline. I am very reliable, hard-working and focused, and am willing to support/advise in any role.
I have worked in small and large organisations making me proficient in working in a team, but also independently. As I am a quick and keen learner, I am looking forward to taking on new challenges and additional responsibilities and ready to make the most of any opportunities.
