I am an experienced NHS Team Administrator with a strong background in supporting older people with mental health needs. Over the years, I have developed excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills while working closely with clinical teams and patients.
I am now seeking o take a more proactive role in patient care - particularly one that allows me to support individuals after discharge, helping them access low level services and maintain independence at home. My experience in co-ordination care, managing records, and liasing with families has given me a deep understanding of the challenges older people face, and I am passionate about making a positive difference in their recovery journey.
I am open to training opportunities including apprenticeships or foundation degrees in health and social care, to build on my experience and transition into a more hands-on support role. I am a compassionate, reliable, and community-minded individual who thrives in team environments and is committed to delivering high quality care.

I will be starting a Health and Wellbeing (Hons) course with a Foundation Year in Social Care. This programme will help me build the practical and academic skills needed to support vulnerable individuals, especially older people with mental health needs. It aligns with my long -term goal of transitioning from NHS administration into a more hands-on social care role.
