I have over 10 years experience in change management, customer service as well as risk management. I have a passion to empower and develop teams by building knowledge, resilience and collaboration. I have a keen eye for detail and particularly expertise in analysing data and producing reports in Power BI and Microsoft Excel. I have been involved in a number of different project changes including design and development stages of new systems e.g. CRM, Power BI and other digital platforms which have improved performance and Service Levels across the business. I have experience in documentating and publishing process, policy and authority documents and rolling these out to different divisions across an organisation.
