I currently work within the social housing industry within a customer service call centre roll, I also have previous experience within this company within an administration role. Within my current role I take calls from customers regarding various different enquiries varying from repairs, anti social behaviour, complaints, contractor information etc. I also respond to emails from customers and ensure all calls are correctly recorded in line with GDPR and data protection regulation.
I am looking for a role within the entertainment industry as this is where my passion is and I believe the transferable skills I hold would make me a great candidate for this role.
I have professional experience within customer service and administration/reception duties. My experience is primarily within social housing, however, my passion is within the entertainment industry and this is why I believe Bandai Namco would be a great company to both begin and continue my career within.
I have 8 GCSEs covering both English, Maths and business studies aswell as art and science. I also hold a level 3 extended diploma in health and social care and have both a first aid and fire marshalling certification. In my previous role I have had training in many sectors including GDPR, data protection, customer service, safegaurding, health and safety etc.
