I help small businesses get organised online by setting up their systems, websites, and digital processes. My work includes business systems and CRM setup (including Zoho), website setup and ongoing digital and social media support.

I have hands-on experience setting up and managing full business systems for a manufacturing company, built entirely from scratch. This included implementing Zoho One across the business, with CRM setup, workflow automation, stock and inventory management, accounting integration and reporting.

I also set up the company website and an online shop using Zoho Commerce, linking it with inventory, orders, and customer data to create a fully connected system. Alongside this, I supported day to day operations, digital processes and system improvements to ensure everything worked efficiently and practically for the business.

My experience is primarily practical and hands on, developed through working directly with live businesses and real systems rather than purely academic study. I have built strong skills in business systems, digital tools, and process organisation implementation and continuous learning.
