I have worked for over 20 years in various customer service roles. I have completed training courses and workshops in communications, customer experience and soft skills. In my roles I have been successful in exceeding companies' expectations and targets.
I am a dependable hardworking person who is approachable, polite, and professional. I believe that you can achieve great customer service by demonstrating knowledge, patience, active listening, problem solving and being honest. I am supportive to my colleagues and work well in varying situations that may arise.

My current position is appointments setter. This involves contacting key decision makers to set up face to face appointments for our consultants. This involves using a variety of skills to navigate through complex corporate structures to reach the correct person, whilst remaining professional and building rapport with the key admin people to reach the decision makers. I am responsible for maintaining an accurate database of calls, queries and scheduled meetings to support the consultant's role.

My role as Insurance advisor was to engage with potential new customers to ascertain any insurance requirements, this included customer satisfaction, resolution and retention. This was a customer service role, reaching out to potential clients who had expressed interest in laser correction treatment. Unfortunately, I had only had four weeks here, then the pandemic began. I was furloughed then made redundant in June due to the uncertainty with the company with the ongoing pandemic.

My role was to engage with customers by telephone, providing them with the benefits of having a funeral plan, will and power of attorney. I was flexible in my approach and able to adapt to the different needs of each customer. Strong communication skills were vital within this role. This was a target driven environment with weekly KPI'S to schedule appointments which I exceed weekly.
Business Development Advisor - Hewlett Packard Enterprise

In this role I engaged with the decision makers such as IT Directors and Managers to review the IT hardware the business was utilizing, this involved collaborating around the Hewlett Packard Enterprise portfolio. This was sales driven and involved different ways of engagement from local to global customers. The company's portfolio included servers, storage and networking solutions as well as accounting systems.
I took the sale forward with the relevant person to completion whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
