i have over 10 years of customer service experience with 2 years of admin experience in a warehouse environment. in my spare time I enjoy going to gigs/festivals and enjoy going to watch football
I worked for Knowhow for 4 years as a customer service advisor, this allowed me to train/teach new staff within the business and develop my teaching skills. I then did warehouse administration for McGregor logistics for 2 years. Following this I was then a customer service advisor for next for 6 years which was dealing with any customer queries and also being a coach for the new starters and helping them progress within the business.
I have 7 GCSE’s. I have a double A level in IT and a city and guilds diploma for IT also
