I am a military trained chef, I also have experience in customer service. Im dedicated and friendly with a strong work ethic. Im a confident leader as well as being able to work as part of a team. I have 20+ years experience in both areas.

I am currently working as an all rounder in pinopolois llanelli. I work front of house, where i use my customer service experience and people skills to help customers feel comfortable and have the best experience. As well as working as the chef, where my years of culinary experience are utilised.

I am approachable, polite, well mannered and professional in both roles. Im good at building rapport with customers, suppliers and work colleagues alike.

I have a good knowledge of health, safety and hygeine; and hold an up to date food hygeine certificate, as well as first aid. I have in depth knowledge of allergies and intolerances.
