I have over 6 years of full-time professional customer service experience in luxury retail of high value products and people management.
Currently working within Chisholm Hunter as Assistant Manager of both Aberdeen Omega Boutique & Chisholm Hunter whilst completing my degree at The Open University.
A strong capability when using Microsoft computer programs, confidence in creating professional emails, conducting presentations and using spreadsheets to manage information correctly.

Working daily using excel, word, customer database system and pursuit programming. Delegating and prioritising emails tasks whilst working to time-frames.
I originally started my degree at The Robert Gordon University until my 3rd year where I decided to drop out to focus on my work as I was enjoying the training and development package they provided.
Recently this year I decided to complete this degree and chose to study part-time at The Open University to allow me to still work full-time.
