I am currently working as a Voluntary Sales Assistant at the Cancer Research UK Shop in Peterhead, we meet and greet Customers, make sure the shop floor is clean and tidy, make sure our clothes rails are presented well for the Customers.Each week we are given a sales target to reach, I work well as part of a team or on my own initiative.I work hard with the rest of the volunteers to reach our sales target.

My professional experience has been Customer service skills , I have experience of Retail of 11 years, I have worked at the shell garage where customers have come in and paid for their fuel and Customers who come into the shop to buy things they need or have run out of.

My most relevant education has been an evening class at NESCOL College in Aberdeen City at Gallowgate where I did a National Certificate Level 5- Psychology, I also have done some Retail Courses where I did my Personal Bar License, Manual Handling and World Host Principles of Customer Care, I've also got other Customer Care Certificates for Welcome Host and Customer Care Skills.
