About

With over 20 years' management experience across supply chain, materials management, production planning, warehousing and logistics, I am currently an accomplished Site/Materials Manager at Johnson Controls with responsibility across Forecasting, Customer Service, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Warehousing, Dispatch, Shipping and Logistics. My most recent role was highly cross-functional, working directly with Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality and Finance to create daily production plans, site forecasts, inventory strategies, shipping schedules and material management plans. I have driven improvements across lead time, stockholding and service performance, including a 30% reduction in lead time, 50% reduction in stock holding and CRSD performance above 95%.

I have strong experience working with ERP and WMS platforms including SAP, EFACS and SAGE, alongside reporting dashboards and RFID systems to improve stock accuracy and operational visibility.

At Johnson

Controls, I was responsible for introducing WMS and RFID systems across the site. My background includes supplier relationship management across APAC, EMEA and the USA, with lead times exceeding 120 days. This has included supplier performance reviews, escalations, cost reduction activity, lead time improvement work and material delivery strategies including consignment stock and VMI opportunities.

I am experienced in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies including 5S, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and Gemba walks, with additional experience across KPI management, budget management, business continuity planning, BOM management, SKU management, shipment scheduling, new product introduction and regulated unionised manufacturing environments operating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
