I have been in retail management for the last 23 years and with Southern Coop for the last 10. Having done the Area Manager role for over 7 years I was promoted to Central Operations Manager just over 2 years ago. Due to a transformational project, I have been filling in for the Head of Commercial Operations for the last 13 months Operations
23 years in retail management, with Safeway/Morrisons, Lidl and in the last 1o years with Southern Coop. Looking after up to 23 stores as AM for over 7 years and as Central Operations Manager for just over two years. The last 13 months though, I have been fulfilling the Head of Commercial Operations role (due to transformational project work)
