I am currently working at the Flagship store for & Other Stories and managing multiple job titles such as Team leader, Beauty advisor and sales associate. I have recently finished my degree in Sociology and look forward to being able to apply my extensive knowledge I accrued from studying whilst working at the same time. I’m looking to step into an exciting role that focuses on the core values of society and transformative changes to communities.

My main goal is to expand my experience and be able to make progressive change.

Team Leader/Front of House/Beauty Advisor at & Other Stories (2023-10 – Present)

• Greeted customers which enabled me to build great rapport and provided me with amazing results for KPIs, as well as attending phone calls to keep other stores and customers connected with ours.
• Lead and support a team in the flagship store while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
• Managing 30+ employees’ rota weekly using Excel, which has enhanced my skills across all Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication when liaising with the team in allocating individual tasks in order to ensure a smooth handover.
• As head of the beauty department, I hold the responsibility of training individuals on inventory and quality control, whilst having creative control.
• Able to adapt to fast paced environments, which helped me to progress to Team Leader and apart of management.

• With diverse knowledge on beauty products, I was able to increase my commission through correct advertisement and application.
• Creating a safe and comfortable environment for customers to approach me for shade matching or makeovers.
• Well versed in a plethora of beauty products – hair, skincare, makeup, fragrances and body care.
• Maintained and organised spotlight displays as well as disinfected products and applicators for the public to view and use.

• Ability to build great rapport with customers whilst in a fast paced environment.
• Due to the high turnover of seasonal clothing, product knowledge was significant in order to attend customers’ needs and expectations efficiently.
