I’m a friendly , outgoing and approachable person
I have worked in a handful of customer facing roles centered around supporting, giving advice, building relationships, conflict resolution and putting things right. I am usually the first point of contact and can show compassion and empathy where necessary and show professionalism in all of my roles
I am currently working with LivingWell, Showsec, as well as managing Marketing and trade divisions for my father’s small business. All giving me opportunities to meet new people in quite different ways.
I have my SIA badge/qualification along with becoming a supervisor in January 2020 and during the pandemic being the point of contact at Birstall on behalf of Showsec.
I love being part of a team, decision making and ensuring when I support events that all who attend go away feeling like they have had an amazing and safe experience.
