Initially recruited to support the Meadowship Homes programme, a partnership established to help address housing demand and temporary accommodation pressures within Bromley. The role developed into a multi-skilled position combining property acquisition, project coordination, stock condition surveying, compliance, contractor management and asset inspections.

• Led and coordinated residential acquisitions from initial sourcing through appraisal, due diligence, negotiation, internal approval and completion.
• Successfully sourced, negotiated and acquired over 400 residential properties since 2020 for the Meadowship Homes programme.
• Managed a high volume of concurrent transactions, maintaining progress across multiple properties and escalating or resolving issues where required.

• Produced EPCs as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and advised on improvement works to bring properties to a minimum C rating where required.
• Achieved Level 4 qualification in Damp and Mould Management and Customer Care in Housing, alongside asbestos awareness and health and safety compliance training.
