I have spent my entire working life in retail and customer welcome/adviser.
This has involved all aspects including customer service, rotas, running of front end/checkouts, especially making sure everything runs smoothly at peak times, customer complaints and returns.
My current employer is the National trust where I work in the Visitor Welcome team.
I get great satisfaction when I know I have delivered good customer service, knowing I have helped make someone's day.
I have O levels in English and Music and CSE'S in Maths, History, Chemistry and English Lit.
