I am a very competitive and hard worker who is looking to start in a sales or business development environment with a strong commission structure ideally within tech, automotive, recruitment or medical industries. I am very strong with numbers and using SQL and Excel for data and client management which I have used throughout all of my university modules. I am into playing and watching a lot of sports so competition has always been a big thing for me and translating that into a working environment is something I want to work for.
With my experience in hospitality and retail, I’ve gained the knowledge and experience of dealing with potential customers/clients as well as difficult ones. Within this, I know how to deal with stubborn people and using negotiation to change the outcome.
I have 4 years of working in hospitality in my local area as a bartender. This job involved performing opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, taking inventory, preparing cash drawers, adhering to laws regarding alcohol laws and regulations, training new staff on product presentation, promotion and sanitation protocols.
In addition to this, I have 18 months of experience working in retail which has taught me so much about working in large businesses. My responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, creating relationships with new and existing customers, and executing customer service strategies to meet both and short and long term objectives.
I achieved a 2:1 University Degree from Sheffield Hallam University in Business and Management. My modules consisted of data analysis in the business world, implementing strategy and change, client management project, marketing, management consultancy, and digital advertising. Outside of my university education, I have also obtained a certificate for SQL
