During my role as a Customer Service Assistant at Western Union, I took pride in providing unwavering technical support and delivering exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email channels. My time as a Freelancer allowed me to diversify my skills within the e-commerce industry, from managing multiple marketplace stores to excelling in WordPress and Shopify.

As a Customer Support Representative at Extreme Commerce, I delved into the intricate world of e-commerce training, gaining insights that benefit startups and established businesses alike. My internship as a Visa Consultant and Data Entry at Cross-Culture Visa not only exposed me to diverse visa requirements but also nurtured my consultancy skills. Alongside, I developed competencies in graphic design, project management, and email marketing, making me a versatile addition to any team.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Management at the esteemed University of West Scotland, underscoring my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Punjab University, complementing my evolving business acumen. I laid a strong foundation with an Intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering from LGS, showcasing my technical aptitude.
