Star Expert - Sinclair Mercedes
(2016-10 - 2018-09)
Following a successful and lasting impression from previously being employed by this company, I was asked to rejoin the business with a promotion and a position of my own creation. The role star expert was an idea I manifested during my last employment with Mercedes, in which a salesperson would become vastly more integrated within the overall process in dealing face to face from start to finish with clients rather than using multiple processes. Duties includes training staff on new procedures, maintaining marketing strategies, increasing customer experience and training on using iPad applications detailing full breakdown of each product sold.
This idea was then overseen by MBUK directly and I was personally asked to oversee the training for all British dealerships.

Also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers as they enter the showroom whether they are new customers or returning customers. Regulate mail and diary entries for other staff with regards to events etc. happening within the dealership. Finally entrusted to also show customers around the cars if the sales team is dealing with other customers, which has given me a vast knowledge of the company and its cars.
