- Led site to achieve a £3.4 million cost saving vs flex budget with over 750k in efficiency savings.
- Engaged Ops Senior management team and People team to deliver a reduction in Absence from 10% to 6.3% with sickness absence being <4% and LTS reducing from c50 to 19.

Key Responsibilities;
- Directly reporting to the Operations Director and give direction and monitor performance ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently and effectively.
- Direct responsibility for full end to end activities on site, taking accountability for overall productivity of the operation.
- Responsible for developing relationships with the People Leadership team ensuring the delivery of an effective people plan across the site, ensuring the best talent is in place to deliver business objectives and deliver a robust succession.

March – September 2023 – 6 Months / Wincanton Screwfix Transport Operations Manager (Support role for new GM)
Achievements
- Successful implementation of new delivery schedule which raised delivery success from 86.3% to 99.6% considering Force Majeure, through negotiating new delivery windows with over 100 stores. Consistent delivery above KPI secured extended 3PL Transport contract.

- Effectively actioned plan to restore desired service to customer in timely manner reducing errors by 20% WOW hitting the target glidepath by week 4, decreasing lost sales through effective overspill management of both cage lines and ‘Top-200’ stillages lines by ensuring a robust cross-dock process is aligned within the network
- Remapped Layout of DC for efficient process flow, increasing pick productivity by 25% by reducing marshalling time.
