Professionally, I work well as a team player and can also work under my own initiative. I am self-motivated and driven and can proactively identify improvements in processes to optimise resources and to create an efficient team.

Historically, during my career, I’ve been both an operations manager and transport & warehouse manager. These roles entailed managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse and customer orders. I devised company product processes and stock, focusing on the examination of profit and loss margins, ensuring the highest standard of vehicle maintenance. Regular liaison with department and warehouse managers ensured effective communication which in turn promoted an efficient service.

I would relish the challenge to further my knowledge and experience and create an efficient team of which I would be proud to lead.

• Trained in First Aid, Hazardous Material Control, as well as Health & Safety Standards (IOSH). Certified mechanic grade B1, forklift operator, PPT, Flexi, and Fire Officer.

• Proven success in developing teams to meet performance needs and aligning talent strategy to operational objectives. 
• Present H&S briefings on a fortnightly basis to Regional Operations Managers and participate in monthly Ofstats meetings with Regional Director.
