After graduating in Economics and Business Administration from the ‘Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore’, in Milan, Italy, I was accepted at CBS International Business School, in Cologne, Germany, for a Master program in International Business.
As part of my academic curriculum, I had the chance to work on a university consulting project for UPS Germany (United Parcel Service), where the main task was to improve the existing supply chain infrastructure, in terms of supply chain sustainability and resilience, and develop new, more sustainable, refrigerated transportation and warehousing solutions for the EU market.
I was also a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team of the CBS International Business School. It’s a student-run organization supervised by the Center for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM – CBS International Business School), with the main objective of promoting the importance of sustainable management and new CSR approaches across many different industries, in and outside the University.
My current position as a CRM & Business Intelligence Specialist has provided me an outstanding opportunity to learn. I’m responsible, together with the team of 6 people, of running the Lidl Plus Loyalty Program in Italy and Malta. As the program is still new the opportunities for trying new approaches are still very high, giving me the chance to diversify my know-how portfolio.
I believe that my background and diverse experience could bring effective problem-solving skills and support organizations’ mission and at the same time provide an outstanding opportunity for professional development and personal growth.
