I am focused and passionate about education, learning, facilitation, curriculum development, learning technologies and leadership development for vulnerable groups. I believe that if organizational staff and communities are equipped with the right knowledge, skills and attitudes, they can sustainably make meaningful choices in ending extreme poverty and alleviating human suffering.
I have worked in the field of Instructional design, education, training and development for over 10 years. My experience is in needs assessment, curriculum design, curriculum development, curriculum prototyping, material development, comic development, and online Learning Management Systems (LMS) content development. In addition, I have experience in the use of the latest technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence to support learning.
I have worked with a wide range of participants, including farmers, teachers, TVET students, and organizational staff.
I have a Master’s Degree in Education and International Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Disaster Mitigation and Sustainable Development. Additionally, I have an Instructor Certificate from the Kenya Technical Trainers College and a teaching certificate from American Tesol Institute and Instructional design certificate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
