I have a background of sales, more so from Airtel Kenya where I worked at a sales executive for over 5 yrs As a sales executive in my territory, my role was to recruit Airtel money agents and recruit sim selling outlets,retain my best performing agents, attending to their issues and sorting them accordingly, visiting agents regularly to maintain a continuas relationship, achieve targets related to growing agents data, submit my daily, weekly reports on time as a greed, to ensure there is proper visibility in my outlets, to help the company in generating revenue and also to ensure that clients are equipped with product knowledge and awareness. From the experience I have in sales, I see myself becoming zonal manager with ateam of many people and even chief executive of my dream company
