I am proactive and self-driven. I have worked closely with Apple products such as iMac, MacBooks, iPhones, Microsoft products, networking devices and mobile systems. I am familiar with user support using the various tools such as remote desktop connection, any desk and TeamViewer.
Experience working with various Windows operating system (windows 11, 10, 8, 7, xp), Microsoft office and Linux Operating Systems (Debian, ubuntu, kali, mint).
Installation of new computer systems and troubleshooting computers and computing devices for failures and replacing non-working parts.
Maintenance by upgrading existing computers in an aim to improve performance
Remote access providing user support remotely using tools such as Remote Desktop Connection, TeamViewer and Any Desk.
Installation network infrastructure like network cables i.e., ethernet, coaxial and fiber cables and configuration of network equipment’s Ubiquity access points, Cisco access points and routers, D-links and tp-links
