My name is Joy Yorbe and I’m a certified customer service representative, I’m passionate about customer support and I help build strong relationships between customers and service providers. I have strong communication skills and effective problem solving abilities.
I have served as a customer service representative to Tonikidz Agro-allied company in port harcourt, I’ve also worked as a Data entry clerk for Zamel integrated services. In both positions I handled providing general data entry support and managing large amounts of incoming phone calls. These positions where occupied by me from October 2022- June 2023
I’m a graduate of Akwa Ibom state university and I studied English and literary studies.
