• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents such as Job Orders, Purchase Orders, Disbursement Vouchers, Agency Procurement Request, Request for Price Quotation, etc.
• Update data in the Property Inventory System (PIS).
• Prepare Property Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR) and Inventory Custodian Slips (ICS) for newly acquired and transferred properties.
• File documents.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
