I have more than 20 years of ISeries (AS400) experience related to operations, monitoring, maintenance and project management, with 18 years of related experience working as Systems Administrator.
I have also managed small teams over my previous jobs, started in Digitel Telecommunications, in Accenture Manila, HP and Louis Vuitton IT, apart from doing the technical work.
I have a strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the day-to-day system operations, with the direction of keeping the iSeries servers in good condition, while overseeing the team. I have good experience in network TCP/IP protocols, backup and restore operations, performance and planning, replication, DR exercises, technical documentations and team communications.
I am always guided by the ITIL process in the problem and change management whenever dealing with incident and system changes, while keeping the team well aware of the plans and activities lined up for the week. Having close coordination with my direct manager and superiors.
