• Supporting and scheduling production batch jobs, performing ad hoc run requests and change requests.

• All the job implementations done as per defined process; the application team request for new application jobs to be implemented in test environment. • Supported production batch mainframe jobs, ad hoc run requests and performed change requests as per the requirements.
• Analysed on scheduling issues and resolved the same within SLA.
• Defined new jobs and scheduling jobs/folders using Control-M for both mainframe and distributed environment.
• Defined new calendars and modified existing calendars as per client’s requirement.
• Monitored the Incident Management queue and take appropriate action.
• Provided Control-M training to the operators and Users.
• Service now Ticket Management - Managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problem Tickets and Change Tickets
