Responsible for sales of products from the following suppliers: Sennebogen, Volvo CE, Ammann, SDLG, and LGMG. Since joining the company, Volvo CE's market share has grown as a result of increasing the sales team and segmenting operations; currently—based on figures from the first and second quarters—the market share stands at 18.6%.

Actively participate in international tenders for the supply of machinery and equipment. Head of the Construction Machinery Department at LLC Avtek (2023-07 – 2024-02)
Working on a startup project: specifically, establishing and organizing a sales department for construction machinery, followed by its market launch. The following equipment manufacturers were selected to build the portfolio: Sumitomo (excavators ranging from 12 to 50 tons) and Yanmar (mini-excavators and wheel loaders). Goal was to build the business from scratch, as the company had no prior experience selling this type of equipment.
The core business activity involved selling tractor units and outfitting Ford truck chassis. After the completion of the first project involving the delivery of seven SH210 crawler excavators, contract ended. The company currently ranks third in government tenders for the supply of crawler excavators.
Technical Director of the Department of Road Construction Equipment, Amman at Euromash LLC (2017-12 – 2023-07)
Supervised 12 service engineers, 2 spare parts sales managers, and 1 senior mechanic. The department was built from scratch, leveraging expertise and management support; this was particularly significant given that the core business centered on the Hitachi brand, while road construction machinery and asphalt plants were previously unfamiliar to the company's staff. Figures achieved include an annual turnover of around $6 million, with an average margin of 22.7% on spare parts, which in turn accounted for 12% of the company's total turnover.
Spare Parts Sales Manager at Euromash LLC (2017-12 – 2023-07)
Creating a cross-reference catalog and a spare parts warehouse made it possible to boost brand recognition and drive sales of the asphalt plants themselves. Servicing is essential for this type of equipment.

Senior Asphalt Plant Operator at LLC DC PromGroup (2016-09 – 2017-12)
