With over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning real estate, case management, community development, construction, and leadership, I bring a wealth of knowledge, a deep sense of commitment, and a proven ability to lead and execute with excellence.
From managing a 120-property portfolio as a Real Estate Broker to supporting HUD-funded housing clients as a Case Manager, I’ve consistently taken on roles that require both strategic thinking and compassionate service. I’m experienced in working across departments and with external partners, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance, and leading property operations from the ground up. Additionally, I’ve owned and managed multi-unit residential properties myself, navigating everything from historic home renovations to tenant relations.
My body of work is my education. I have optimized my continuing education to stay current and up to date on the local, state, and federal laws, as well as annual Fair Housing changes.
I have a high school diploma from Olympic High School in Bremerton, Washington, and earned my Real Estate License from Rockwell Institute with license renewals in 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2025.
