For over a decade I've been first line of IT support for a football program of around 20 coaches, over 100 players, and miscellaneous support staff.
I was responsible for all A/V and meeting room setups throughout the building.
I was responsible to service all laptops and desktops in the building and distributed to personnel. The majority was Windows OS but the players also needed Mac OS assistance. Most iOS questions fell to our department as well. Additionally we managed a fleet of iPads we purchased and distributed to our players and coaching staff.
We were responsible for correcting or escalating any network-based issues as well. The two IDF rooms in our building were our responsibility. The IDF nearest our office housed our database and media servers, which we needed to manage as part of running our football-specific software (DVSport Gameday) for the entire program. I worked most closely with Windows Server OS, but also had limited interactions working in our SQL database.
Since leaving that job I have focused on certifications, passing both CompTIA's A+ and Network+ certifications.

The department's primary responsibilities revolved around video-provision of practices, games, opponent games for coaching analysis, and recruiting video. However, an increasingly larger portion of our time was dedicated to the maintenance and service of all technology in our building.
