I bring extensive experience across behavioral health, life coaching, customer service, childcare, and administrative support. My background includes working with individuals with disabilities using evidence-based strategies, developing data tracking and reporting systems, and collaborating closely with families and teams to achieve positive outcomes. I am skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, data reporting, documentation, and organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated strong communication, adaptability, and a people-centered approach, whether supporting behavioral development, managing daily operations, or building lasting customer relationships.

I hold a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Excelsior University and am currently completing the final three courses toward a Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration at Walden University. I have consistently maintained a 4.0 GPA, demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence. My academic achievements include induction into the Golden Key Honor Society, recognizing placement in the top 15% of my class, as well as membership in the Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) for outstanding scholarship and leadership.
