My background is a unique blend of formal education, self-taught skills, and real world, customer-facing experience. A true digital native, I have mastered computer softwares like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut. I know SCORM compliant authoring tools like Captivate and Storyline, as well as web-based LMS platforms like Canvas, Thinkific, and Blackboard. My passion is for creating inclusive and accessible eLearning materials and graphic assets.

My professional experience I has been majorly in customer service preceding my degree, but I have also interned at JumpSport and completed a fellowship for disability rights and web accessible content creation where I creating learning aids and managed social accounts. I have freelanced as a web designer and am certified in front end web developments skills.

I completed my masters in Instructional Design and Techology, eLearning at UCF where I studied learning theory and models like ADDIE and SAM, conducted needs analyses, designed web courses, and more!
