Aurora Quintanilla

My name is Aurora, and I’m a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in both clinical and administrative roles. I currently work as a per diem surgical technologist, where I support procedures and provide hands-on patient care. Before that, I worked as a medical assistant, helping with provider inboxes, patient messages and calls, and both front- and back-office responsibilities.

I’m completing my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and plan to pursue a master’s degree as well. My long-term goal is to grow into healthcare leadership. I’m looking for opportunities to build my administrative and leadership experience while bringing a strong work ethic, determination, and a commitment to doing my best to every role.

Surgical Technologist — Kaiser Permanente, Per Diem

Support surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, and assisting the surgical team with instruments and patient care. Float across specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, plastics, podiatry, hand, ENT, and urology. Trained to support robotic procedures.

Medical Assistant

Supported physicians with patient messages, inbox tasks, and phone calls. Worked in both front- and back-office settings, helping with daily patient care and clinic operations.
