Tech Delivery & Program Mgmt (I-CAR) Dallas, TX Jan 2018 – Till date

I-Car - I-CAR's focus is to provide everyone involved in collision repair with access to high-quality, industry-recognized training solutions. It delivers its services and training throughout the United States and licensed for distribution in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. It is involved in many segments of the collision repair Inter-Industry, but our project mainly deals with Education and Training Segment.

We have developed many integrations with client’s LMS (Learning Management System) called Docebo with 3rd party app and B2B commerce called CloudCraze with Community Portal. Salesforce also replaced the legacy front end system developed in NetForum.

Service cloud’s FSL(Field Service Lightning) is used to manage the class schedules for the on the field/site instructors.

Will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Salesforce configuration, schema, custom objects, and workflows across Sales Cloud instance

• Managed in-house development team, testing team and contract developers.
• Managed ongoing communication between the onsite & offshore team and answerable for the agile scrum deliveries
• Managed mini project releases and responsible for the entire development cycle of them.
