I have been working in the customer service field for over 8 years. Throughout the course of my career, I have advanced my knowledge in quality customer service, quality work, completing projects in a timely manner, managing well rounded teams, as well as working under pressure in fast paced environments. Moreover, while my previous position afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including relationship building and management skills. I also believe in creating meaningful relationships with customers to provide the most quality service.

I have spent many years in the food service industry, as a team member as well as a manager. I have also worked in shops selling products as well as a leasing consultant at an apartment complex.

My education includes a high school diploma.
