Carla Porterfield

I am an HR Professional with a degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior who went into the Staffing Industry for 12+ years and loved it! My husband and I had 2 kids and we decided that I would stay at home to be with them. They are now 17 and 13 years old and I am looking at getting back to work.

I love working with people and problem solving. I inherently enjoy making people happy by providing a smile, some patience and understanding of their situation. I believe in meeting people where they are!

12 years in the Staffing Industry as a recruiter for 2 years and outside sales for the remainder. I worked mainly with Staffing Resources in Suwanee, Georgia but I also worked briefly with Thinkjobs.com, in Norcross Georgia, in which I did outside sales for the IT and telecom Staffing industry.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Managment with a concentration on organizational behavior from Georgia State University. Over the years in the staffing industry I also attended many customer service and sales training seminars as well as continuing education in human resources.
