- Act as a liaison for tenants in a luxury condominium building up to 2000+ units or more.
- Assist residents with their belongings entering and leaving the building.
- Monitor closed circuit security systems.
- Managing and handling packages/ other tenant requests using the MRI / BuildingLink/ Yardi building management systems.
- I am also familiar with using the Key Systems like ex. KeyLink and other electronic keytracs in case residents get locked out.
- Manage tenant/ building maintenance requests.
- Announce guests, and delivery professionals, calling residents using proper phone etiquette.

- Trained staff for floaters/summer relief/ temps on the day to day operations.

The location is the Trump Plaza a high end amenities building with 200 units a pool and 3 story car garage
- I helped patrol the property and look over surveillance cameras as watch guard from the rooftop to the basement checking for leaks, or safety of the building
- Also worked as front desk greeter, opening doors for residents, pushing revolving door and also help valet their cars sometime.
