I spent nearly two decades running an education business built on long-term relationships, trust, and measurable results. As a business owner, academic coach, and education consultant, I worked closely with students and parents to design personalized learning plans, foster growth, and ensure retention through clear communication and tailored support.
In early 2023, I transitioned to IT support, serving the Defense Health Agency as a Desktop Support Agent. I’ve provided empathetic, user-focused troubleshooting across a wide range of systems and tools, and expanded my role to include Technical Trainer — onboarding new technicians and coaching them through the learning curve with clarity and patience. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications including Security+, A+, Server+, and GSEC to strengthen my technical foundation.
Now, I’m ready to return to my roots in relationship building. I’m actively seeking Customer Success Manager roles — either remote or based in the San Antonio area — where I can blend my technical know-how with the people-first mindset that’s guided my career from the start.
