IT Support Technician at Imperative Logistics Group (formerly JAMCO) (2023 – Present)
Serve as the primary on-site IT technician for multiple warehouse and office locations, delivering Tier 1–2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, mobile devices, scanners, printers, and business applications.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, permissions, and endpoint deployments; support Intune-managed devices and remote troubleshooting through RMM platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot UniFi switches, wireless access points, VLAN connectivity, GlobalProtect VPN, and related network services to restore operations and reduce downtime.
- Support PBX/VoIP, CCTV, and electronic access control systems, coordinating troubleshooting and repairs with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate IT readiness for new site openings by reviewing requirements and working with contractors, vendors, MSPs, and ISPs on cabling, connectivity, hardware, security systems, testing, and go-live support.
- Partner with MSPs, ISPs, network teams, and infrastructure teams during real-time outages and production-impacting incidents, providing on-site diagnostics and validating service restoration.
- Supported an enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant migration, assisting users with account transitions, workstation updates, application access, and post-migration issue resolution.
- Assist cybersecurity teams with security alerts and incidents by gathering endpoint details, supporting investigations, applying remediation steps, and coordinating with remote security personnel.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Android handheld RF scanners, AS400-connected warehouse workflows, kiosks, iPads, and Zebra, Toshiba, Kyocera, Lexmark, and label-printing solutions.
- Support autonomous inventory-scanning robots through operational diagnostics, preventive maintenance coordination, and vendor escalation to maximize system availability.
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, user guides, and training materials that improve support consistency and reduce recurring requests.
