Over 20 years experience supervising field crews and office staff to deliver treated ground water to utility customers in Arizona. Experienced with SCADA, AMI, multiple pressure zones, gravity systems, wastewater collection, team building, incremental efficiency improvements, capital projects and asset management, budgeting, rate setting, and customer service.
Grade 4 (highest in AZ) in both Water Distribution and Water Treatment. Field Operations and Emergency Management experience.
Bachelor degree in Business Management with continuing education in communications, software implementation, safety and emergency management, and cutting edge technologies.
