I have travelled the world cooking aboard super-yachts, Sail and Motor Yachts for families, celebrities, and the like for a decade and land-based chef-work for another 16 years +. My goal is to cook healthy, nutritionally balanced meals, snacks and drinks, optimizing plant-based and lean proteins from locally organic sources.
