Derek Erichsen

As a District Manager, I focus on the daily management of all of the stores that I am responsible for, from the numbers to the actual day to day operations. My employees know they can count on me for leadership, as well as backup when needed, and as a result, I have a strong team in each store.

I have over twenty years experience in all aspects of restaurant management, from the line to my current position as district manager. I have a proven track record of strong leadership skills, as well as the numbers to support the improvements in each and every position I've held over the past few years.

Extensive experience, combined with college coursework, has given me an indepth knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management.
